I feel it’s most important to have balance in one’s life, no matter the age. Focusing on the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of our residents’ well-being. I specialize in holistic wellness and create many opportunities to engage and promote the full wellness umbrella. What’s most important to me is being creative and engaging.
