Located in the heart of Downtown Greenville, SC on Augusta Street, our community was designed from the ground up to be a neighborhood within a neighborhood. The clean, modern design is both relaxing and elegant while designed with seniors in mind.
The historic Wilkins House once stood on our four acres. The Italianate mansion could not be successfully converted to meet our building plans, so it was moved to a nearby location. We’re grateful to the Palmetto Trust for Historic Preservation and several grass-roots organizations for preserving this city’s treasured landmark.
Waterstone on Augusta boast 114 private and shared suites on three floors ranging in size from an alcove studio, to a two-bedroom suite. Our elegant concept allows for our residents to experience wellness, social, dining, and residential opportunities unlike any other.

To support our outstanding care model, we actively recruit the best talent in the industry with a “serving heart.” Led by an experienced, licensed administrator and a Registered Nurse, working as our Director of Nursing, our seniors are cared for 24/7/365 by a full staff of loving care givers.
